You can easily use natural fruits to achieve this instead of paying a dentist a while lot of money. 1. Apples Apples have a high concentration of malic acid, which is used in some toothpastes. Malic acid increases saliva, which cleans your teeth and helps remove stains, according to a 2013 study conducted at the University of Grenada (Spain). 2. Welcome to foodieshoppers       I noticed my stomach has started getting bigger these past few days I thought about checking out why and i found out there are actually some foods i consume that makes it increase in size unknowingly to me. So i would like to share some pieces of information on how to avoid bloated stomach quickly. Mind you stomach bloating is not only gotten through consuming so much alcohol and carbonated drinks they are so many other foods you can consume that can leave you with a fat stomach for hours and even days.  Bloating is when your stomach increases in size after eating or taking so much alcohol or water. People have different techniques in making white buttercream icing but trust me this is the best technique you can use to achieve that white fluffiness. You will need white butter; you can get this easily from a cake shop or even the supermarket, you don't need to use whipping cream to achieve that white fluffy buttercream icing.  You would also need some icing sugar. For this recipe I'd be using 500g butter, 1 pack of icing sugar and 2 tbspns of warm water. PROCEDURE: You want to start by beating your sugar with a standing mixer for about 8 mins. You would notice that the butter will turn out a lot lighter both in weight and texture, Add the icing sugar one cup at a time and make sure before adding the next the mixture is well incorporated.
