HOW TO ACHIEVE THE PERFECT WHITE FLUFFY BUTTERCREAM



People have different techniques in making white buttercream icing but trust me this is the best technique you can use to achieve that white fluffiness.
You will need white butter; you can get this easily from a cake shop or even the supermarket, you don't need to use whipping cream to achieve that white fluffy buttercream icing. 
You would also need some icing sugar. For this recipe I'd be using 500g butter, 1 pack of icing sugar and 2 tbspns of warm water.

PROCEDURE:
  • You want to start by beating your sugar with a standing mixer for about 8 mins. You would notice that the butter will turn out a lot lighter both in weight and texture,
  • Add the icing sugar one cup at a time and make sure before adding the next the mixture is well incorporated.
  • Add warm water and mix it again till well incorporated. Be careful not to add too much water or more than two tbspns you can ruin the texture of the buttercream.
  • Your buttercream is R E A D Y!!! It can be stored inside the fridge if it remains, as long as it's air tight in the fridge it CAN'T spoil.
