Banana milkshake is one of my favorite shakes and I especially love the taste of fresh bananas and milk mmmmmm yum!!!

Bananas are loaded with fiber and it has the ability to slow down digestion and keeps you feeling full for a while. It is not advisable to eat bananas as breakfast or in the morning time as the potassium level is quite high for you to start your day with a banana.

RECIPE:
  • fresh bananas (any amount as needed) 
  • milk (whole milk or evaporated milk). If the milk is powdered mix with water before pouring into the blender.
  • sugar (white or brown- optional)

PROCEDURE
Put everything into the blender and blend till smooth.
You can freeze the bananas first to get a distinguishing taste after blending. Put some ice and enjoy your shake.
